Saturday Night Club: I Get Arrested by My Blind Date

My name is Ling Chen. I'm twenty-eight, a major shareholder in Hollywood's Lion Pictures, and a shameless talent agent.

A director once invited me to play the male lead in an idol drama, but I turned him down.

Compared with the good fortune my looks bring me, I prefer the benefits that power grants me.

In Hollywood, I have the power to decide what actors wear.

That feeling is so satisfying~

The actors laugh and joke with me to my face, respectfully calling me the Little Godfather, but I know that deep down they all want to tear me to pieces.

On the surface, I'm all-powerful at Hollywood's Lion Pictures, but that's only how it looks.

There are far more crocodiles lying in wait beneath Hollywood's murky waters than anyone could imagine.

During another election that demanded I choose a side and make my position clear, I made a decision I would regret for the rest of my life.

I fell from the peak of power to the bottom in an instant. At that moment, I gave up.

That night, I got drunk.

That night, I died.
