Navy: What Does the Five Elders' Favor Even Matter?

What do you do when you transmigrate to the world of One Piece and become a Navy Headquarters lieutenant commander?

"Obviously, you activate the Multiplier System, double your monster-killing experience, double your training experience, then get promoted and a raise, and crush every pirate beneath your feet!"

And so, after the Summit War...

"We must maintain the Navy's prestige." At the Holy Land of Mary Geoise.

The Five Elders hold a private meeting: "After all, that man is the current Fleet Admiral. If we provoke him..."

Meanwhile...

"The Five Elders' prestige?" Lying on a soft couch, he looks at former Fleet Admiral Sengoku, who is crestfallen because his retirement request has been denied. Lazily addressing the admirals beside him, he says, "What the hell does the Five Elders' prestige matter!"

P.S. He rises all the way from lieutenant commander at Navy Headquarters to Fleet Admiral! Akainu, Kizaru, Aokiji, Green Bull, Fujitora, Zephyr, Garp, Sengoku: no one is allowed to retire. Every one of you is going to work for me! I'll build the strongest Navy Headquarters!
