The Skywalker of Yore

Azathoth is the leader of the Great Old Ones and the Outer Gods. He is also known as the Blind Idiot God, the Nuclear Chaos, or the Daemon Sultan, and is sometimes called the Lord of All. He was created by Lovecraft.

Azathoth is described as a god who acts entirely on instinct. His form is a vast, dark, chaotic, shapeless mass, dwelling in a palace at the center of space and time. Countless servants surround him, madly beating invisible drums and playing flutes that produce nothing but sickening, monotonous notes, while the Outer Gods howl in a frenzy. As his messenger, Nyarlathotep carries out his commands across the universe and acts according to his will. Shathak is his avatar.
