Song Yiming is a die-hard fan of Armor Hero. He transmigrates to Hope City, the setting of Armor Hero Xingtian, and receives a System. Using its empowerment function, he empowers the Asura Summoner and Geng Nu Vajra Pestle he brought with him, allowing him to summon armor. Once he sets his goal, he obtains the strongest energy and can unleash the true power of the Asura Armor.
He later helps the Armor Hero team defeat Lufa and recruit his three generals: An Mixiu, Ku Feisi, and Qiao Shefei.
Taking the three with him, he destroys the Violent Maggot Bug Emperor, heads to Ares to seize the energy crystal of another life-bearing planet, defeats King Peel, and becomes King of Ares.
He later battles the Shadow Realm. With help from the Five-Element Emperor Armor, he successfully kills the Shadow King and brings the Shadow Realm under Ares's rule.
He then heads to Earth to stop the Zombie King's conspiracy. But because he is too powerful to enter Earth, he can only help Nangong Xinyi in the form of consciousness, foiling the Zombie King's plot.
