Journey to the West: I'm Tongtian, and I Possess Sun Wukong from the Start

In the primordial world, after the Investiture of the Gods, Master Tongtian is trapped in Zixiao Palace.

Under the combined pressure of the Saint-Killing Pill and the power of the Heavenly Dao, Tongtian dies. But his soul escapes Zixiao Palace and takes over Sun Wukong, a disciple of the Bodhi Patriarch in a later age.

From then on, the entire Journey to the West changes completely!

Bull Demon King: I just wanted to become sworn brothers, but I never expected to find family!

Chang'er: I have no idea what's gotten into this monkey. He's chasing me everywhere with a sword!

Guangchengzi: Who called for a sword? Where did the Zhuxian Sword I worked so hard to steal go?

Jade Emperor: Good heavens, the moment that monkey came up to Heaven, the Investiture of the Gods disappeared!?

Tathagata: Don't panic, Jade Emperor. I'll take him down... Welcome back, Teacher! he cries himself hoarse.

At the entrance to Zixiao Palace, Tongtian stands with overwhelming arrogance, pointing his sword at the Five Saints and Hongjun hiding inside.

"I'm standing right in front of you. Tell me, how much do I look like the way I used to be?!"
