City Elves: A Contract Is Fine, but It'll Cost You Extra

As a model young person of the new era,

Yan Yuli sincerely believes he is the very picture of an easygoing and considerate person.

A certain client: "I did say I wanted you to raise the strongest Pokémon, but what were you thinking, snatching the kid who was holding the Champion title?!!!" they roar.

Yan Yuli: "Strongest = unlimited potential = exceptional talent = Champion. A Champion's Pokémon has a better chance of becoming the strongest. What's wrong with that?" He shrugs.

A certain evil organization: "May I ask if you understand what a little disturbance is, or how to attract attention? You blew up the entire central district! Are you trying to get yourself killed?!!!"

Yan Yuli: "Well, this guarantees the chaos is big enough and will definitely attract attention~" He pouts.

A certain evil organization: "...You did that on purpose, didn't you!!!"

An Zhixi: "Let me handle this. I know the answer! Yanyan's just wired differently from ordinary people. He absolutely didn't do it on purpose!"

Yan Yuli: "Waaah?"
