Apocalypse Descends: I Get Struck by Lightning from the Start

Lu Xiao, whose family is poor, is working hard hauling cargo at the docks. Night falls. Howling winds send waves crashing against the shore as lightning flashes and thunder roars. A wave knocks Lu Xiao off his feet and into the sea. A bolt of lightning strikes the water around him, and the apocalypse descends at that very moment. As the lightning leaves Lu Xiao on the brink of losing consciousness, he awakens a lightning ability. His path to turning his life around begins. The apocalypse arrives? Spiritual qi revival? Demon beasts appear? Zombies everywhere? Ancient sects emerge? None of it is a problem. Watch Lu Xiao wield the power of thunder, break through layer upon layer of shackles, and roam the apocalypse with Su Mingji, the woman fated to be his, as they seek the origins of the apocalypse.
