Zhu Yuanzhang: State Preceptor, Come Back! I Truly Know I Was Wrong

After transmigrating to the Ming Dynasty, Gu Han places first in the imperial exams and becomes the top scholar.

He refuses to marry the ugly princess, so Zhu Yuanzhang exiles him to the mountains to raise pigs.

Unwilling to accept this, Gu Han decides to teach the villagers to read and write, so that once they graduate, they can give Zhu Yuanzhang a proper slap in the face.

He teaches everything from geography and folklore...

to history and how technology can strengthen the nation.

He passes on everything he has learned.

But when the imperial exam results are announced four years later, Gu Han is stunned: not one of his students has made the list?

Zhu Biao: "Sir, don't panic. I may not be the top scholar, but being Crown Prince isn't bad either, right?"

Zhu Shuang: "Sir! I've put my talents to work, and now everyone in the Ming is prosperous."

Zhu Di: "Sir, look at those lands thousands of miles across the sea. They're now Ming territory."

Zhu Yuanzhang: "Sir, I know I was wrong. Please come back to court."
