The Saintess’s Peach Blossoms

When I finished writing this book, I showed it to my girlfriend and told her it was her favorite kind of story: revenge, sweet romance, and farming... But she still couldn't care less, keeping her eyes fixed on the handsome guys in her short videos. She even said my books always end up going nowhere, so she couldn't be bothered to read them.

I was so angry that I stormed out. That afternoon, she told me I could come home because she'd finished the book.

I excitedly asked her what she thought of it. She said the title was bad to begin with. It shouldn't be called The Saint's Peach Blossoms, but The Bad Woman's Peach Blossoms. I said a bad woman could never get past the censors, and that you shouldn't judge someone by a few minor faults. She had only bent her principles a little for love... She gave a dismissive snort and asked if that didn't count. Then she said my values were so twisted that all thirteen of my previous books, totaling over ten million words, had gone nowhere...

I protested that there was nothing wrong with a woman pursuing both love and a career. Besides, people aren't made of wood, and as long as they don't betray their principles, they should be free to live their lives...

Anyway, since we couldn't agree, we'll have to let the readers decide.
