Blow Up the Himalayas and Turn the Northwest into Jiangnan!

In a parallel world, the Dragon Kingdom is facing an employment crisis unseen in a century!

Two hundred million young people across the country are unemployed. The nation urgently needs a massive project to create jobs nationwide and stimulate economic growth.

One day, the elders of the Dragon Kingdom's cabinet receive countless proposals.

Some recommend launching traditional infrastructure projects, continuing to build roads and bridges!

Others suggest developing overseas employment and encouraging people to work abroad...

Looking over the proposals, the elder sighs. None of them satisfies him.

Just then,

he sees a shocking plan:

I have a plan: level the Himalayas with explosives and let the tropical monsoon flow westward, nourishing the soil and climate. This could turn the northern frontier into a land of rivers and lakes, establish the world's largest inland city, and provide jobs for two hundred million people!

The moment these words are spoken, the upper echelons are shaken. No one believes it.

But one year later,

monsoon winds from the southwest flow through the Himalayas into the Dragon Kingdom's northwest, countless megacities rise from the ground, and hundreds of millions of people relocate inland.

The whole world is stunned!
