After Five Years of Blindness, the Little Ghosts Around Me Have All Become Yama Kings

Su Ye transmigrates and is left blind. A kind mother and daughter take him in at their village.

To repay them, Su Ye decides to teach the village children to read.

In the schoolhouse, more than a dozen little ghosts with pale faces and eerie smiles, looking as if they were both laughing and crying, listen intently to Su Ye's stories.

Outside, monstrous ghosts crowd around, completely enthralled.

When the little ghost Xie Bi'an hears about Black and White Impermanence capturing souls, he is overcome with excitement. He comprehends Spirit Binding and Commanding, masters the way of soul-taking and death, and rises to become White Impermanence.

When the little ghost Cui Jue hears the wrongs suffered by Dou E, he is consumed with anger. He comprehends the Judgment of Ghosts and Gods, masters the art of judging Heaven and Earth, and rises to become a Judge of the Underworld.

When the little ghost Jiang Xin hears how Houtu brought reincarnation into being, he is deeply shaken. He comprehends the Seven Slays of Gods and Ghosts, masters the way of Yama, and rises to become the King of Hell.

One day, every living being in the city retreats. Ten thousand ghosts bow in silent worship, and a procession of ghosts opens the way.

A blind man slowly approaches from beyond the city, holding a dark lantern in his left hand and a white cane in his right. Yin energy swirls around him as ghosts and gods guard his sides.
