Honghuang: I Am Eastern Emperor Taiyi, and from the Start I Spirit Away Houtu

He transmigrates to the Primordial World and becomes Eastern Emperor Taiyi, just as the Dragon-Han Calamity comes to an end and Hongjun attains sainthood.

Knowing how the story goes, Taiyi realizes that the Witch-Demon Tribulation is coming.

Neither the Witch nor the Demon clans will fare well when it arrives, so Taiyi decides to keep a low profile on the Sun Star, refusing to appear until he becomes a saint.

"Ding! Hongjun is about to begin his lecture on the Dao. Host, you have the following choices."

"Choice One: Keep lying low. Reward: Innate Spiritual Treasure, Yin-Yang Mirror."

"Choice Two: Attend the lecture, meet Houtu, and unite the Witch and Demon clans through marriage. Reward: a strand of Primordial Violet Qi."

So Taiyi leaves the Sun Star and heads to Zixiao Palace, where he elopes with Houtu.

The course of the Primordial World is thrown into disarray.

Di Jiang: "Taiyi, our brother-in-law, has established the Heavenly Court. What grand gift should our Witch clan send?"

Zhu Jiuyin: "Big Brother, I heard our brother-in-law Taiyi has a grudge against those two bald monks, Zhunti and Jieyin. How about sending their heads as a wedding gift?"

Di Jiang: "Excellent."

Many years later, the Witch-Demon Tribulation still hasn't begun.

Hongjun is growing anxious. "Yuanshi, have the Witch and Demon clans still made no move?"

Yuanshi: "Reporting to Master, the two clans have married into one another."

"Insolence!"
