Day One of the Server Launch: I Changed the Prices of Women's Clothing

Xia Lan could get ten times the stats in any game by dressing as a woman. But before the open beta of the next-generation virtual game City of Demonic Beasts, he declared that he would never again be a cross-dressing warrior.

He was going to create a male character and play as a proper man!

To that end, he used his administrator privileges to raise the price of all women's clothing in the game by a hundred times on launch day!

Men's shorts: 10 yuan. Girls' skirts: 1,000 yuan!

Men's premium sports socks: 35 yuan. Girls' sheer black stockings: 3,500 yuan!

Female players complained bitterly, and quite a few deleted their characters to create male ones.

Xia Lan didn't care at all. He was enthusiastically climbing the leaderboards as a man.

But just then, his top-student childhood friend became obsessed with the game and asked him to level up her account. She absolutely forbade him from spending money or changing the character's gender!

Xia Lan was stunned.

When he logged into his girlfriend's account, dressed in a T-shirt and skirt, and looked at the ridiculously expensive women's clothing shop, he couldn't help feeling utterly lost.
