Hong Kong Films: Rising to Power as an Informant

Su Long is reborn in a parallel Hong Kong film world. On the surface, he is an informant; behind the scenes, he is an undercover agent who has been left out in the cold. He opens a company called Shenlong Finance.

Everyone knows I'm good at my job. My company specializes in informant work. The gang bosses come to me for information, and so do the cops. They all treat me with respect. But what they don't know is that I'm also an undercover cop. It's just that something went wrong with my superior and my files.

But it doesn't matter. Pay me, and that's all that matters!

One day, Su Long awakens the Informant System, finally living up to his title of Brother Shenlong. But in truth, he just wants to make some money.

Su Long: "I don't want to be a boss. Bosses always end up getting killed. I don't want to be a red pole either. Red poles always end up getting hacked to death. I just want to make money, buy a villa overseas and storefronts on Hong Kong Island, take vacations when I'm free, and collect rent when I'm not. There's no way I'm becoming a street thug. Not in this lifetime."
