Journey to the West: From the Start, I Asked Guanyin What a Surprise Was

Tathagata: Wukong! Look at you now, dressed to the nines! Even your Golden Cudgel looks ridiculously expensive! I don't think I could walk as fast as you these days!

Sun Xingzhe: Get off me! Get off me!

Tathagata: He's lost it! This monkey's gone crazy! My prayer beads!

Sun Xingzhe: Your prayer beads? What about the five hundred years I was crushed beneath Five Finger Mountain? If I weren't doing this for my master's sake, I'd have finished you off today!

Tang Sanzang: Pick up the prayer beads! I said pick them up!

Sha Wujin: Ma Guhao! Do it, or I'll break your legs!

Tang Sanzang: Bajie! Go give that monster a couple of slaps, so it'll learn its lesson!

Queen of the Daughter Kingdom: Brother Tang...

Tang Sanzang: I'm really fired up right now!

Guanyin: Xuanzang, I have the Tripitaka of Mahayana Buddhism here...

Tang Sanzang: That's barely enough scripture for anyone to recite! If the abbot next door saw this, he'd think we couldn't afford any more! Bring another set! One set for each of us!

White Bone Spirit: Little master!

Tang Sanzang: Demon! I could tell at a glance that you weren't human! Show me your true form!
