I Build a New Navy, and Marshal Akainu Is Losing It

Xia En transmigrates into the world of One Piece and obtains the Strongest Marine System.

After being reprimanded by Akainu for one operation, he is about to be targeted by him.

The System starts issuing missions, prompting Xia En to establish a new Marine force.

As long as Xia En builds his reputation, secures funding, and recruits talent, he can earn rewards.

One-Sword Asura, Devil Fruit replication, mastery of the Thunder Breathing, Senzu Beans, and more...

Xia En takes leave and heads out to sea to prepare his new Marines.

When the Summit War begins, Xia En leads his Marine force to Marineford, takes on the four seas alone, and shocks the world.

Not long after, Akainu, now Fleet Admiral, stares at his empty office and falls into deep thought.

"I finally became Fleet Admiral, but where did everyone go?"

Xia En: "The old Marines who uphold the World Government will become history!"

"I will lead you in creating a new world!"
