Showbiz: My Fans Aren't Dead, They're Just Old

Su Rui debuted at fifteen and became a musical prodigy known to students across the country in just one year.

His hit songs once made him the king of the school scene.

He was hailed as the ruler who embodied an entire era.

But because of the internet and the times, even though his songs caught on at schools nationwide, he was never truly recognized.

His company shelved him for ten years.

When his contract expired ten years later, the company kicked him out.

Just as he was utterly disheartened, the first season of I Am a Singer was about to begin.

Su Rui was invited to perform on the show.

He was shocked to discover that he had become an outdated singer brought in just to fill a slot.

But what the production team never expected was this:

Su Rui would bring songs the world had never heard before.

The king had returned.

At that moment, everyone realized:

His fans had simply grown old. They weren't dead!!!

And he was still the same king he had always been!
