The Ninth Dimension

According to the Lord of the Main God, Genshin Impact created nine spaces. The first is the linear space, which contains 100 basic elements and is therefore called the Elemental Space. It is the fundamental basis for the structure of all things. The second is the plane space, which contains the laws governing how all things in the world operate and is also known as two-dimensional space.

The third is the space of low-level life forms. Spiritual energy is scarce there, and this space is merely a transitional one. The life forms within it are weak, and they must cultivate their bodies to the Grandmaster realm before they can enter the fourth space.

The fourth space is the true cultivation space, where the highest attainable realm is that of an Earthly Immortal.

The fifth, sixth, and seventh spaces are where ordinary gods, lower gods, and middle gods live, while the eighth space is contested by upper gods.

Of course, people cannot live in spaces above the fifth merely by possessing the necessary abilities. They must also contend with other star systems.

Legend has it that Genshin Impact created the nine-dimensional spaces only after obtaining the energy of countless stars in the Galactic Throne.
