Journey to the West: Kill Six-Eared Macaque from the Start and Gain Copying Powers

In Journey to the West, I killed the Six-Eared Macaque, the secret pawn of Buddha, from the start, and gained the Divine Ability of Copying.

As long as I make contact with someone, I can choose to obtain one of their divine abilities or spells.

Touch Taishang Laojun, and I get alchemy.

Touch Erlang Shen, and I get the Eight-Nine Arcane Arts:

Touch the Great Sage Equal to Heaven, and I get the Somersault Cloud...

With divine abilities at my fingertips, Tang Tang immediately worked out how he would play his part in Journey to the West: no one else could deliver him to the Western Heaven. He had to go there himself.

After lying low on Flower-Fruit Mountain for over a year, he finally waited for Brother Monkey to spring out of a rock.

"Wukong!"

"Don't run!"

"I'm your long-lost master!"

Brother Monkey: "Who are you, exactly? Why have you been following me around and chattering nonstop ever since I was born...?"
