The Ten Demon Mountains in the northern part of the continent are the dividing line between the Orc Empire and the Human Empire. For a hundred years, the White Crow Battalion composed of death row prisoners from various countries has been the main force of defense. In order to comfort the death row inmates who have no future, the empire's top officials allowed the ten-man team of death row inmates who had made meritorious services to adopt border orphans twenty years ago as a thought.
