One Piece: The Creator of the Era's Top-Tier Stars

I'm not the Holy Lord. I just have his powers.

Ever since Ye Lan arrived in the world of pirates, he and his subordinates have dominated the news headlines year after year.

"Orochimaru, how are the artificial humans coming along?"

"They're finished, Lord Ye Lan."

"Itachi, smile more. How can a great model not smile?"

"I'll try."

"..."

To help everyone achieve their dreams, Ye Lan decides to establish a country. The decision causes an uproar, and even the World Government has to step in and help him build it.

Ace's execution. Should we fight in the Paramount War? Don't fight! Who says so? Lord Ye Lan does.

The World Military Draft is on. Is there any problem with me becoming a Marine Admiral?

Not a problem at all! We'll arrange it right away.

The Marine Headquarters is moving to the New World. The pirates there are losing their minds.

"What's going on?" Doflamingo stares in disbelief. "Why is he in my Dressrosa?!"
