I'm an NPC, Yet I Awakened as a God After Death

"Who are you? Why are you hunting us? You've already killed hundreds of people!"

"I am the god of this world! And your very presence here is reason enough for me to kill you! You wretched pests!"

This world is filled with all kinds of monsters. They appeared out of nowhere, bent only on destruction, and have taken countless lives.

Thankfully, the two hero teams, Crimson and Frost, protect us. They always manage to defeat the monsters and save us.

That's what I always believed... until the day I died and touched the truth of the world.

Was I really just an NPC?

Was my world, in their eyes, nothing but a game?

Were those monsters, the ones that had killed so many people, merely field bosses created by them?

Thankfully, I can change all of this now.
