Highway Survival: Everyone Calls Me a Master

What the heck?

I woke up to find myself driving a beat-up car down a highway in a wasteland, picking up...?

Oh, no, picking up gear and opening mystery boxes.

Then I got a System that gave me the ability to sense things!

While everyone else is opening mystery boxes, I'm picking out supplies.

Ding! Watch out, there's a venomous snake in that mystery box.

Ding! Careful!!! That woman is trying to use her charms on you!

There's a mystery box buried in the sand and gravel beside the road.

Why is everyone calling me a god from the start? What am I supposed to do?
