Naruto: The Poorest Ninja, the Third Hokage Begs Me to Embezzle

He transmigrated into the Naruto world.

Bai Chen received a strange System.

The Positive Energy System!

As long as he did good deeds, he would receive rewards from the System!

Helping an old lady cross the street?

Or stepping in to help someone in need?

Those were child's play!

Bai Chen decided to go big!

He founded the Hope Project so every orphan in the ninja world could learn ninjutsu.

He pressured Konoha's major clans into funding a charity, doing their part for the ninja world's charitable causes.

All of this,

Bai Chen did quietly.

But then...

One day,

Someone reported Bai Chen!

Danzo filed a report under his real name, accusing him of embezzlement and bribery, then stormed over to Bai Chen's house with the Third Hokage...

Only then did the people of Konoha Village realize how much Bai Chen had been quietly doing for them all along...
