I’m the Grandpa of the Calabash Brothers, and I’m Going to Cultivate Immortality!

Hu Tian transmigrates into the world of the Gourd Brothers and becomes their grandfather.

To escape his destined death, he devours the seven gourds and gets a Devouring System from the start.

He kills the Scorpion Demon and takes in the Snake Demon. When Hu Tian leaves Gourd Mountain, he discovers that he is in the chaotic Sui-Tang era, just as the Investiture of the Gods is happening for a second time.

Hu Tian had only wanted to cultivate immortality in peace. Who could have known...

Grand Master Xuandu: "Master Hu, we need you to come out of retirement and preside over the second Investiture of the Gods!"

Immortal Antarctic Elder: "Master Hu, with the Primordial Lord away, the Chan Sect needs you!"

Daoist Duobao: "Master Hu, your disciples Sun Wukong and Bai Suzhen are both demon cultivators. They'll both have to face the tribulation!"

Holy Mother Wudang: "Exactly! Face the tribulation, face the tribulation. That's why you should be the leader of the Jie Sect! We're on the same side."

Saint Jieyin: "Have you said enough? With no Three Pure Ones to lead the Chan Sect or the Jie Sect, naturally I should be in charge."

Saint Zhunti: "Right. You either face the tribulation or convert. There's no third option!"

Hu Tian sighs helplessly. Fine, I'll come clean: I'm also a Primal Chaos Limitless Great Immortal!
