The Goddess Is Reborn and Wants to Kill Me for the Greater Good

The goddess has been reborn.

She says:

An unknown energy invaded, killing countless people. Society collapsed, and the world descended into chaos.

People with supernatural abilities emerged one after another. The strongest seized territory and became rulers high above everyone else.

And I will become the most powerful tyrant in the future world: devious and cruel, with countless lives on my hands.

She has returned to the past to rid the world of evil, planning to kill me, humanity's scourge, before I can rise to power.
