Funeral Home Embalmer: From the Start, I See Off My Classmate from Goose Factory

After transmigrating to a parallel world, Jiang Feng became an undertaker and crematorium worker at a funeral home. Every time he finished preparing a deceased person, he earned one point of Heavenly Dao merit.

Praise from the deceased's family earned him three merit points.

When a ghost let go of its resentment, he earned five merit points.

Having the deceased approve of their anime-themed coffin earned him ten merit points.

Because Jiang Feng never told people what he did for a living, never handed out business cards or shook hands, and never said hello, goodbye, or "Rest in peace," he had fewer and fewer friends.

Then one day, a classmate who worked at Goose Factory died suddenly. His relatives and friends specifically requested the best undertaker to see him off on his final journey. Everyone was shocked to discover that Jiang Feng wasn't just the best undertaker at Shenzhen Funeral Home. He seemed to be famous well beyond it, too.

"You're dead and still full of resentment? Good thing my body is protected by merit. I'll add some Samadhi True Fire to this furnace. Off you go, and don't thank me!"

Looking at his classmate in the coffin, now more handsome after Jiang Feng's makeup than he had been alive, Jiang Feng pushed the coffin straight into the cremation furnace.
