Gourmet: I Really Didn't Mean to Go for Volume!

Yu Jiangwen bound himself to a Gourmet System. Its recipes connected him to a world of cuisine, and he gained the skills of a master chef.

He opened a restaurant where the cheapest item on the menu, a bowl of plain noodle soup, cost 98 yuan!

He had never planned to make money by selling in volume.

But things didn't go as planned. Even at those prices, business was overwhelming!

“Boss, another bowl!”

“Boss, I'll have three bowls of noodles and a spicy chicken!”

“Hey, don't push, guys! It's too crowded up front. I can't help it!”

Looking at the scene before him, Yu Jiangwen felt a little helpless.

He had set his prices so high precisely to avoid serving huge numbers of customers. He only wanted to make money without wearing himself out.

But he hadn't expected so many people to show up, with some of them even eating several bowls!

“Can't be helped. I guess I'll have to limit orders, or I'll work myself to death!”

Everyone:

“Boss, please try acting like a decent person!”

“Please don't limit orders, boss! We're begging you!”
