Rule-Based Game: Something Is Off About This Forum

Pan Zheng joins a forum called Rule Games and gets caught up in a strange, terrifying game.

1. In the mountains, make sure the tour guide remains in your line of sight. If they disappear, find the red guide flag in their hand before your vision goes dark.

2. To help everyone tell tourists and villagers apart, every tourist in the group has a green scarf tied around their left wrist. Do not take it off, or the other tourists and the guide may not recognize you.

3. Trust humans wearing green scarves. They are your companions. Do not trust creatures wearing blue scarves. They are dangerous. If your scarf turns blue, immediately go alone to find the guide and report what happened.

4. Believe firmly that you are human. Human ears are on either side of the face, not on top of the head.
