I Became the God of Wealth in the Underworld to Return to Life

Lin Yang dies in a car accident and reports to the Underworld, where the God of Wealth from the higher realm is conducting an annual audit.

The books are full of discrepancies, the accounts are badly in the red, and the Underworld is about to come in last place again. Its budget will be cut next year, and the King of Hell is at his wit's end.

No one knows whose terrible idea it was, but the King of Hell traces Lin Yang's family back nine generations and brings him down to manage the Underworld's finances, since he was a shopkeeper for nine lifetimes.

Before he knows it, Lin Yang has become the Underworld's God of Wealth. From then on, he leads the Underworld in finding new sources of income and cutting costs, setting it on the road to a moderately prosperous life…
