Coming Up with a Name Is Really Hard

Coming up with a title is really hard. I still don't have an outline, and I don't even know how to write this. I'll just make a rough plan first, writing the sales pitch while I figure out the outline, then gradually fill in the details later. That's settled. Besides, I'm a novelist with a three-minute attention span. I'm desperate to pad out the word count, so I'll try to add a little while I'm at it.

This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real people or events is purely coincidental. Do not imitate.
