Choose a God to Devour

The Qin Empire is unified, and the Qin Emperor is deified to protect the realm. The people revere and worship the gods.

The people live in peace and prosperity, willing to offer up every weapon they own to be melted down into soldiers of bronze, and to abandon the Hundred Schools of Thought in favor of Confucianism and Daoism.

The benevolent Qin Emperor does not want his people to suffer. He collects all martial arts manuals and distributes great works of Confucianism and Daoism, hoping that every subject under heaven can become a sage.

Later, a demon wreaks havoc upon the world, devouring people to cultivate demonic arts. Grateful for the Qin Emperor's kindness, the people volunteer for the army and labor service, to slay demons and defend the nation, and to build the Great Wall against their enemies.

Zhang Yang, you vile beast! You neither honor virtue nor study Confucianism nor worship the gods. You even devour gods, murder officials, and undermine the foundations of the Great Qin. Everyone has the right to kill you!
