Becoming a Mercenary During the College Entrance Exam: My Classmate Wants Me to Learn Quickscoping

Zhang Lin transmigrates to a parallel world. Bored with life, he decides to become a mercenary after taking the college entrance exam and heads to a war zone in the country of Ta.

The place is blanketed in yellow sand and the smoke of war, and mercenaries from every country have gathered there.

Just then, a Special Forces Engine binds to him. He can unlock special skills by earning prestige.

Prestige? Where the hell am I supposed to get prestige?

At that moment, his former high school classmates back home hold a reunion. Since he is absent, they video-call him. The revelation that he has become a mercenary sends the whole class into a frenzy:

"Bro Lin, are those real bullets in your hands?"

"Fire one so I can see!"

"Bro Lin, what's your K/D now?"

"Bro Lin, show us how to quick-scope!"

During all this, his classmates post the video on Bilibili. That day, the whole site goes wild.
