Metal Mage: Isn't It Only Fair for My Forbidden Spell to Be a Nuke?

This is another world overrun by monsters, where everyone is a mage.

Zhou Zheng, who transmigrates here, awakens as a Metal Mage.

Other Metal Mages can only control the element of metal, but he can control every metallic element!

So:

While other mages build magic arrays to cast spells like fireballs and wind blades,

Zhou Zheng builds arrays for pistols and machine guns, firing shells with different levels of destructive power.

When other mages advance to the Ice or Healing schools, Zhou Zheng instead switches to the Applied Sciences school.

"I'm an Applied Sciences mage. Driving tanks, wearing powered armor, and using nukes as forbidden spells is perfectly reasonable, right?"

"It's only natural for an Applied Sciences mage to advance a second time into the Sci-Fi school, right?"

"The divine spell of the Sci-Fi school is the Two-Dimensional Foil. Nobody objects, right?"

When an alien army arrives, ready to conquer Planet Earth, it looks around and realizes its own home is gone!

Alien army: "So, uh, are you taking on servants? We're capable, not picky eaters, and good conversationalists. Want us?"
