When the Demon King Appears in the Apocalypse

The year 2999 marks another millennium! But unlike the last one, this millennium has been dubbed the Year of Mutations!

Why? Because Wutian, branded both a lunatic and a cult leader, has been released!

Don't get the wrong idea! He wasn't released after serving time in prison for a crime!

He suddenly came out after being locked up for who knows how long, like the Great Sage!

Don't ask why he was locked up, what it felt like afterward, or who locked him up!

And now, a speech from Comrade Wutian, lunatic and cult leader!

"I just want to tell you all this: I, Demon King Wutian, am back! You so-called upright gentlemen, wash your necks and wait for me!"

But as Wutian crouched atop Xima Mountain, now collapsed into a little mound of dirt, he began to panic!

It wasn't the mountain's collapse that worried him. It was the question of why this world was crawling with so many walking corpses!

At this moment, as a nonhuman consumed by a desire for revenge, Wutian wished more than even his enemy's family that they were all safe and sound!
