I Sent You on a Blind Date, Not to Fight the Girl!

Mom: "Chenchen, how did your blind date go today?"

Ye Chen: "Uh, pretty well."

Mom: "You little brat, don't get greedy! Lin Qiao'er is beautiful, gentle, and generous. What more could you want?"

Ye Chen: "She is pretty, but as for gentle..."

Mom: "What? Is the girl really that fierce?"

Ye Chen: "More than fierce. She hits hard!"

His mom was shocked. "Hits? Did you bully her, you little punk?"

Ye Chen: "Mom, don't get worked up. I just had a fight with her, that's all."

Mom: "???"

"I told you to go on a blind date, so why did you end up fighting with some girl?"

Ye Chen: "Uh, it's a long story. But, as the saying goes, a fight makes friends. Afterward, I felt like Lin Qiao'er and I had gotten a lot closer!"

There was a long silence on the phone.

Mom: "Get home right now!"

Ye Chen: "Did something happen?"

Mom: "The rolling pin in my hand would also like to get a little closer to you!"

Ye Chen: "..."
