A Villain's Guide to Self-Preservation: Check the Success Rate Every Day

A Villain’s Guide to Self-Preservation: Don’t covet wealth! Don’t lust after beauty! Abandon your cultivation and go home to farm. Never leave the mountain, and don’t make a move unless you have to. Keep your head down and stay safe; when trouble comes, take a step back. That way, you can survive for three thousand chapters. Don’t mess with fallen geniuses, and don’t get bewitched by beautiful women. Don’t fight over things at auctions or covet wealth at stone-gambling venues. Make sure you live to see the ending! Ye, Lin, Chen, and Su need special treatment, too. And don’t laugh “heh heh heh”...

He thought he could keep surviving by following his self-preservation guide, but then he successfully activated a Success Rate System. He could check the odds once a day: the question of the day! “What are the odds I’ll die an untimely death today?” Untimely death: 5%. “Then I should be safe!” “What are the odds I’ll succeed in my tribulation this time?” Successful tribulation: 50%. “Round that up or down, and it’s no different from courting death. I’ll put off the tribulation for now!” “What are the odds everyone will find spirit marrow this time?” He saw different numbers appear above everyone’s heads!
