Passionate Youth: Who Can Compete?

The planet Tianyong was suddenly transformed when a global radiation event caused by an experiment struck. People's bodies surpassed their limits, but supplies became scarce due to the radiation. Everyone claimed land and fortified their cities. National borders no longer mattered; there was only the Alliance. The ruins that appeared everywhere as a result of the transformation yielded rare and wondrous fruits that helped people better surpass their limits, and these became the spoils people fought over. This story is set in an imaginary world. Please don't flame it if that's not to your taste!
