Hong Kong Films: I Am a Crime Lord Who Rules Everything

Hong Kong in the 1980s: gangsters run wild, and heroes rise from every corner.

These are the best of times, and the worst of times, where cruelty and opportunity go hand in hand.

"I won't be a blade. I'll be the one who wields it."

"I won't be a pawn. I'll be the one playing the game."

A nobody named Huo Jundong gets a second chance at life, and refuses to settle for an ordinary existence.

He joins Hung Hing as Kwun's underling, climbs the ranks one step at a time to become its leader, takes control of Hong Kong's underworld, and builds a family dynasty that will last a century!

This is a story of a bygone martial world, and of dreams returning to the 1980s.

This is a story of rising from the darkness, only to stand atop the world in the light.

This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real people or events is purely coincidental. Do not imitate.
