A Monkey Knocks at the Door, and I Discover I'm in Journey to the West

Zhou Chen transmigrated to another world with a merit-point System.

He had planned to do a few good deeds, earn some merit, and use the System to reach the pinnacle of life, enjoying a carefree and happy life in this other world.

But he never expected that his neighbor would be Xu Xian. It turned out he had transmigrated into the world of The Legend of the White Snake.

Even more surprising, taking Xu Xian as his disciple earned him a great deal of merit.

But what surprised Zhou Chen most was when, one late night, a golden-haired monkey crept up to his Taoist temple and knocked on the door. It said it was the Handsome Monkey King from the Mountain of Flowers and Fruit in the Kingdom of Aolai, Eastern Continent, and wanted to seek immortality and learn the Way.

All right...

Zhou Chen had been careless. He had thought this was a low-level world of immortals and demons, like The Legend of the White Snake. Who could have known it was actually the high-level world of Journey to the West?
