The First Demon I Hunted Turned Out to Be the Ancestral Dragon

After a meteor shower, people and animals across the world begin to evolve.

Evolved animals are called demons, while people who awaken special abilities are secretly taken in by various countries. They are secretly trained to hunt demons, becoming what are known as demon hunters.

Some can slay the nine-headed hydra, a legendary monster from Neon.

Some can kill a thousand-year-old black bear with their bare hands.

Technology gradually stops working. It turns out the human body is the most powerful weapon in the universe.

The protagonist, Chen Yang, looks up at the sun. A reporter beside him asks what kind of demon he killed first.

Chen Yang replies, "A dragon. The Ancestral Dragon."
