After a Late-Night Adventure, I Unexpectedly Meet a Girl Hitchhiking!

A man wearing a black hooded jacket stepped into the elevator.

He pressed the buttons for the second and seventh floors, as well as the fourth and sixth.

After waiting for all the indicator lights to go out, he pressed the button for the second floor again.

The elevator went up to the second floor. When the doors opened, the man looked out at the brightly lit hallway and poked his head outside.

There was nothing there.

Back in the elevator, the man pressed the button for the fourth floor again.

Outside was pitch-black. Even the hallway lights were swallowed by the darkness.

The man stepped forward, ready to investigate.

Just then, the darkness suddenly dissipated, and a brilliant light cut through it.
