The Human Race’s Ghost-Backed Confucian Sage: Teaching the Human Emperor to Beat Up Yuanshi

Lin Chen transmigrates to the Primordial World and establishes his Dao through Confucianism, becoming a burly Confucian Sage of the human race. But when he emerges from seclusion, he discovers that the Investiture of the Gods has already begun.

Faced with the schemes of the Sages, Lin Chen takes Emperor Xin as his disciple and uses the war between Shang and Zhou to temper the human race, developing Confucianism and the Dao in a way the Primordial World has never seen.

Emperor Xin: I'll rule the world with an iron fist and bring it to heel! Ji Chang: I'll rule with benevolence and the way of the true king!

And so the whole Primordial World undergoes a drastic change. One after another, burly, formidable humans appear, beating up the myriad races while claiming to win them over with virtue...

The myriad races: You call this Confucianism? How is it even more terrifying than the Wu Clan?

Human Emperor: Teacher, the saying goes, "If I hear the Dao in the morning, I can die content in the evening." Does that really mean understanding death?

Lin Chen: Who the hell taught you that? It means if someone hits me, I'll go beat the crap out of him that night!

Human Emperor: Teacher, what about "Do not do to others what you would not want done to yourself"?

Lin Chen: If you don't like beating people up, you can use your gentlest, most vicious moves instead.

Human Emperor: ...

Years later, Lin Chen has taught a refined, courteous, fierce, and mighty Human Emperor. He talks about winning people over with virtue, then punches a Quasi-Sage to smithereens.
