War of Resistance: I Built Up Independently and Captured Taiyuan

Wang Cheng transmigrates back to the War of Resistance against Japan and becomes a soldier in the New First Regiment, breaking through the Sakamoto Regiment's encirclement alongside Li Yunlong.

After the Battle of Cangyun Ridge, Li Yunlong makes a solemn pledge to the commander to avoid being demoted: he will capture Taiyuan within three months.

To achieve this, the whole regiment splits up to develop independently, recruiting soldiers and expanding its strength at a furious pace.

Su Zheng recruits soldiers and gathers talented people such as Yan Shuangying, the Four Heroes of the Resistance, and the Archer Sisters to form the Roaring Commando Unit.

Their equipment is upgraded again and again, and they capture city after city.

Three months later, Li Yunlong assembles the entire regiment and prepares to attack Taiyuan.

But when they gather their troops and reach the walls of Taiyuan, they stare blankly at the flag flying above them, completely dumbfounded.

Li Yunlong: "Damn it, did that kid secretly capture Taiyuan?"

Monk: "Regiment Commander, he went to wipe out the Sakamoto Regiment!"
