Strip Me of My Admiral Rank? I'll Found a New Navy Right Away

Li Wei transmigrated into the world of One Piece and became an admiral.

When Doflamingo seized Dressrosa, Li Wei was stripped of his admiral's rank for hunting Doflamingo, who had Celestial Dragon status.

Li Wei was furious. If you need to check someone's status before hunting pirates, then the Navy can go to hell!

Right then and there, Li Wei announced the establishment of a New Navy.

"The pirates the Navy can't catch, the New Navy will catch! The pirates the Navy won't dare kill, the New Navy will kill!"

"The countries the Navy can't protect, the New Navy will! The justice the Navy can't uphold, the New Navy will!"

Starting with a single G-5 branch, Li Wei went on to build the New Navy into a superpower that surpassed the World Government!

Sengoku: "Perhaps Li Wei and the New Navy are the ones who truly represent justice!"

Whitebeard: "Li Wei is the strongest monster I've ever seen. His strength may even surpass the Pirate King Roger's!"

Monkey D. Luffy: "I was supposed to become the King of the Pirates, but Li Wei shattered my dream!"
