Trading with Aliens, I Complete the Periodic Table

The vast, boundless universe contains far more than 118 chemical elements.

From the start, scientists in the United States isolate a new element, PP, from a precious-metal iridium ore. It could become a temperature-control material for nuclear fusion.

Iridium ore prices go through the roof worldwide, nearly preventing Tang Chen of a smelting company from completing his procurement quota.

Luckily, Tang Chen gains a portable pocket dimension that lets him trade with aliens.

"Iridium ore is so weak!"

"I've got PP ore!"

Tang Chen trades a copy of Journey to the West to aliens from a world sorely lacking in literature and art, and gets 50 grams of the new element PP in return.

Worth 40 billion yuan.

Tang Chen promptly lies flat.

But with material abundance comes a new question for Tang Chen:

"What does the periodic table of elements on your planet look like?"

As Tang Chen trades various new elements with the aliens, Blue Star's science and technology continue to advance, eventually making it possible to build antimatter-powered spaceships. Tang Chen hesitates:

"Should I meet them in person?"
