Journey to the West: The Heavenly Rankings Reveal That Everyone on the Pilgrimage Is My Disciple

Li Changqing transmigrated into the Investiture of the Gods era as a disciple of the Jie Sect, but he lacked the ability to change the outcome of the Investiture of the Gods.

After the Investiture of the Gods was over, he awakened a disciple-recruiting System and began putting his plans into motion!

Unexpectedly, when the calamity of the Journey to the West arrived, the Great Dao bestowed a golden list.

Number twenty on the Prodigy List: Li Qiancheng!

Buddhism: We have to recruit this young man!

The Heavenly Court: Go on your journey west if you want, but what does Li Qiancheng have to do with you? The Heavenly Court will protect him!

Li Qiancheng: As the crown prince, I must revitalize humanity. I won't become an immortal. Since Buddhism is originally Daoism, then I shall lead a western expedition and plant the Great Tang's banner throughout the world!

Number nine on the Prodigy List: Xiong Ba!

Xiong Ba: Fists are truth. I can grasp the sun and moon and pluck the stars. There's no one like me in this world. You want to build a Guanyin Temple on Black Wind Ridge? Did you ask me first?

Buddhism: Why were none of us from the Buddhist sect in our past lives? Weren't we promised a great rise for Buddhism?

The Heavenly Court: What? The Three Sky Maidens have actually left the Investiture of the Gods?

Tongtian: This Li Changqing is my junior disciple? How did he become even stronger than me?
