After Work, I'm the World's Greatest Detective

Gu Yiming is an ordinary person, though he may not be quite right in the head.

One night, while heading home from work, he came across a person who had fallen from a building, something most people rarely encounter.

He only found out the victim might have been murdered when the coroner arrived. But Gu Yiming could tell at a glance, because he wanted the people blocking the entrance to his home to leave so he could go inside and sleep.

As it happened, the suspect turned himself in, and Gu Yiming happily went home.

But he never expected his childhood sweetheart to come along with him.

The case also took a new turn.

After that, all sorts of cases began happening around Gu Yiming.

A murderer turns himself in.

A bomber turns himself in.

And so on. Why are all the cases he encounters about people turning themselves in? Even after they confess, Gu Yiming still has to find the evidence.

Is it because Gu Yiming is cursed with bad luck? Who can make this girl stay away from him? Is she really not afraid of catching his bad luck?

An unserious detective novel, which might not even qualify as a detective story.

This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance is purely coincidental. Do not imitate.
