Journey to the West: I Serve as a Shrine Keeper on Mount Hua

After being reborn, Jiang Qi discovered that he had become a golden cloud. When he underwent the tribulation to take human form, his body was so extraordinary that he endured hundreds of thunderbolts before finally passing out in spectacular fashion.

When he woke up, he had already been picked up by Yang Chan, the Goddess of Mount Hua.

After learning that he was in the world of Journey to the West, he promptly attached himself to Yang Chan, a wealthy young goddess, and became the priest of her temple. He had planned to live a quiet, steady life, but who could have guessed...

The Taiqing Sage: The Primordial Cloud of Celebration has a karmic connection with me. I must take it as my direct disciple.

Tathagata: Buddhism is destined to flourish. Why has this variable appeared?

Jieyin: Jiang Qi, you ungrateful wretch! We Sages all owe you a karmic debt, so why has the retribution fallen on my Buddhist sect alone?
