I'm the Peerless Sword Immortal, and I Lose Three Thousand Years from the Start!

Thousands of years later, the Heavenly Secrets Pavilion invites numerous mighty cultivators from the Northern Territory to write a biography of the number-one sword immortal of the Ten Realms, now renowned throughout the sea of stars.

Everyone can't help reminiscing about the past.

They recount the battles in which that great figure, with his astonishing presence, overwhelmed his peers, right up to the moment he broke out of the Northern Territory, pressed down on the myriad worlds with his sword, and fought his way into the boundless star river...

But as they talk, everyone starts to realize that something seems off.

"Damn!"

A Holy Lord jumps to his feet. "How come, no matter how I count, this Su Bancheng guy never beat me once back then?!"

"Huh? I don't think he ever beat me either."

"Wait, everyone says he was invincible, crushing his way forward. So who exactly did he crush... Wasn't he supposed to have crushed all of you?"

"What the hell?!"

In disbelief, everyone discovers that on the path to becoming the supreme Sword Immortal, he seems to have... actually never won a single fight.
